This policy explains how Uply collects, uses, stores, and deletes information when you use the public Uply mobile application.

What Uply collects
- Account details such as your name, email address, and optional phone number when you create and manage your account.
- Profile content you choose to upload, including profile photos and challenge photos.
- Team information such as the team you create, join code usage, and challenge progress.
- Device and app data needed to keep the service secure and working, such as push notification tokens and basic technical logs.
Why we use it
- To create and secure your Uply account.
- To let you create a team, join a team, complete challenges, and view points and leaderboards.
- To send app notifications related to team activity and challenge progress.
- To respond to support requests, investigate abuse, and maintain the reliability of the service.
Permissions and device access
Photo library access is used so you can choose a profile picture or submit a challenge photo.
Camera access is used so you can take a profile picture or capture a challenge photo.
Face ID is used only to securely sign you in to your saved account on your device.
Push notifications are used for team activity and challenge updates when you allow them.
Storage and retention
We keep your information only for as long as needed to run the app, provide support, meet legal obligations, and keep appropriate business records.
Photos and challenge data are stored on infrastructure used to operate the service. Technical logs may be retained for security, fraud prevention, and troubleshooting.
Third parties
- Hosting, database, and storage providers that help us run Uply.
- Push notification providers used to deliver app notifications.
- Cloud media and infrastructure services used to store and serve images you upload.
Your choices and account deletion
- You can update your profile details inside the app.
- You can remove your account in the app from Profile > Delete account.
