Apex Console Quick Actions — Privacy Policy
Apex Console Quick Actions is an internal tool for Apex Capital employees. It lets a signed-in employee send a prepared Apex Console message template by email or SMS.

Data the extension handles
- Apex Console sign-in token: read from the Apex Console site (middle.apex.mn / console.apex.mn) and stored in the extension's local storage, only to authenticate requests to the Apex Console API.
- Recipients you enter: email addresses, phone numbers, or national register numbers you type are sent only to the Apex Console API to look up the customer and send the message you requested.
- Preferences: the last template used and the API address, stored locally on your device.
What the extension does not do
- No browsing history is collected, and no website other than the Apex Console is read.
- Data is not sold or shared with third parties, and it is not used for advertising or analytics.
- Data is sent only to Apex Capital's own servers.
- No remote code is loaded; all code ships inside the extension.
Retention
Data stored by the extension stays on your device. It is removed when you uninstall the extension or sign out of the Apex Console. Messages sent through the console are logged by the Apex Console under Apex Capital's internal policies.
